ALASKA Structures XP Shelter System
Alaska Structures has designed, engineered, tested, produced and certified the world's finest fabric structures since 1975.
The XP shelters comprise a galvanised aluminium frame with a revolutionary flooring construction removing the requirement for any frame system at the ground. They are available in a variety of lengths - standard lengths include 4.8m and 6.1m, with a standard width of 5.9m. The XP shelter can be fully erected in under 15 minutes with a trained crew ready to plug into power and commence work. The system can be provided with a standard floor or heavier duty flooring for medical applications and, coupled with one of AKS' highly reliable ECUs, can be used for any function required of the user. The system has been tested to withstand constant wind loads of 130kph, gusts up to 160kph, and has a rain loading with no degradation of the capability of 100cm/hour in 92kph (gusting to 120kph) making this the benchmark in lightweight, rapid erection shelter systems globally.
